1. Service Description

HOA RiskAudit Pro is a mobile application that helps HOA property managers document property conditions and generate insurance audit reports. The app uses AI technology to classify property damage from photos and provides climate risk data from government sources including FEMA, NOAA, and NASA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use this app. The app is intended for professional HOA managers, property management companies, and HOA board members.

3. Pricing and Payments

    All payments are processed securely through Google Play. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's payment terms.

Single Report ($14.99): One-time purchase to download one PDF report.
Pro Annual ($99/year): Unlimited reports for up to 10 communities.
Business Annual ($299/year): Unlimited everything including team access.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled through Google Play's refund policy. We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if the report failed to generate correctly. Contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

HOA RiskAudit Pro provides documentation tools to assist with insurance renewals. We do not guarantee:

Specific premium reductions or insurance approvals
Accuracy of AI damage classifications in all cases
Completeness of climate risk data for all locations
Acceptance of generated reports by all insurers

The app is a documentation and organizational tool. Always consult with licensed insurance professionals for coverage decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOA RiskAudit Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to insurance coverage decisions, premium changes, or policy cancellations.

Not share your account credentials with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the app
