• Property Information: HOA community details, addresses, and property inspection data you enter.
• Photos: Property photos you take within the app for inspection purposes.
• Location Data: GPS coordinates to provide climate risk analysis for your property.
• Usage Data: App usage patterns and feature interactions to improve our service.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Google Play. We do not store payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver real-time climate risk data from FEMA, NOAA, and NASA
• Sync your data across devices via secure cloud storage
• Send renewal reminders and inspection notifications

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Firebase with industry-standard encryption. We use Firebase Authentication, Firestore Database, and Firebase Storage — all protected by Google's security infrastructure.

Property photos are stored in Firebase Storage and are only accessible to your account. We never share your property data with insurance companies or third parties.

4. AI and Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to power app features:

• Google Cloud Vision AI: Analyzes property photos to classify damage types. Photos are processed securely and not stored by Google beyond the processing request.
• FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer: Provides flood zone data for your property location.
• NASA FIRMS: Provides wildfire proximity data.
• NOAA: Provides storm history and weather alert data.
• Google Maps: Provides geocoding and elevation data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research purposes. We do not share your property data with insurance companies.

6. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of your data at any time.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Portability: Export your inspection data in standard formats.
• Correction: Update incorrect information in your account settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Generated PDF reports stored in Firebase Storage are deleted upon account deletion.

8. Children's Privacy

HOA RiskAudit Pro is designed for professional use by adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
